Mupee User Agreement

Welcome to Mupee! This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the Mupee mobile application and its related services ("Services"). By accessing or using Mupee, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

By downloading, installing, or using Mupee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Services

5. Content

• You retain ownership of content you create or share within Mupee, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Services.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to Mupee (excluding user content) are owned by Mupee or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Mupee at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or if we decide to discontinue the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mupee is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mupee and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of Mupee after changes means you accept the revised terms.
